What you'll build

Get n8n set up and running, and find your way around the canvas. You do not need n8n installed beforehand. Setting it up is the first part of the session.

Build and run your first AI automation end to end: something that starts the flow, an AI step that reads or writes, and an action at the end. You leave with a working automation in your own n8n that you can keep changing.

Who it's for

  • You have heard of n8n or AI automation and want to build one thing that works, with help.
  • You work in marketing, ops, growth or a small business and are tired of doing the same steps by hand.
  • You tried an n8n tutorial for beginners on your own and got stuck at setup or at the AI step.

Not for people who already run production n8n flows. You are still welcome. Come and help others.

Before the session

  • A laptop (not a phone) with a current browser.
  • A Discord account, and you have joined the Goat O Mate Discord.
  • If the build uses an AI provider, we will walk through that together. Check that provider's free tier before the session, because some charge for API use.
